Entry Fees: $250 (drivers under 21: $150); Post entry fee: $300; Entry refund policy: Full entry before closing date less $50. After closing date, entry fee only upon receipt of vet or doctor certificate.

Stall Fees: $150 per stall for Wed – Sun nights. $30 per stall for additional nights.  Stall deposit: $50 per stall including tack stalls. Separate check. Stall refund policy: No refund after closing date.

Other fees: $50 per night for camping and RV parking with hook-ups. $20 per night for camping without hook-ups. $50 per weekend trailer in fee for competitors not using stalls. $45 per person for competitors’ party (featuring beef tenderloin and much more) Vendor fees: varies. Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within one year of competition. All horses must be properly registered and identified by diagram.

Stabling Information: Permanent stalls with doors, rubber matting, electric outlets. Stabling area secure by fences and gates.

Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? Limited to 2 times for driver, navigator and carriage. Championship entry must drive first. Must be clearly stated on original entry form with all names sharing vehicles or persons driving or navigating twice. $50 fee if not included on original entry.

Misc. Show info: Golf carts will be available to rent from independent vendor. Contact secretary for information. Photo copies of current Coggins test and current membership cards must be submitted with entry before entry id accepted.

Awards Offered: Trophy and ribbons for each class. Special awards.

Food Available on Grounds: Food will be available from Thursday through Sunday afternoon.

Directions: From Raleigh, NC: Route 1 south all the way to Aberdeen, NC. Take Route 211 towards Raeford to Montrose Rd. (Watch for “Carolina Horse Park” sign,) turn right on Montrose Rd and follow straight 2.3 miles to the park. Approximate travel time from Raleigh is 1 hour and 40 minutes.
From Fayetteville, NC, Take Route 401 toward Raeford. From 401 in Raeford take Route 211 toward Aberdeen and Pinehurst, NC. Watch for the Carolina Horse Park sign, then turn left on Montrose Rd and follow straight 2.3 miles to the park. Approximate travel time from Fayetteville is 45 minute
